FAQ

Do the headlight and display turn off automatically?

Yes. To preserve battery life, your electric scooter activates power-saving mode and automatically turns off after 5 to 10 minutes of inactivity.

Why isn't my scooter accelerating?

There could be two main reasons for this:

  1. Safety (Assisted Start): By default, your scooter is set to "Non-Zero Start" mode. For your safety, the accelerator only activates after an initial push (give it a small push with your foot). You can change this setting via the "Minibot" app by enabling "Zero Start" mode.
  2. Technical issue: If an error code appears on your LCD screen, this may indicate an accelerator malfunction. In this case, please contact us for a replacement part.

What does the "Motor Hall Fault" error mean?

This error usually indicates a connection problem with the internal sensors of the motor. To resolve this issue:

  1. Disassembly: Remove the screws located under the scooter chassis.
  2. Verification: Access the controller located inside.
  3. Maintenance: Unplug and then firmly reconnect the terminal of the Hall cable (bundle of thin wires connected to the motor).
If the error code persists, please contact our technical team.
My scooter won't turn on anymore, what should I do?

If your device is unresponsive, please follow these two diagnostic steps:

  1. Charger Check: Disconnect the charger from the scooter's charging port, then briefly press the power button. Note: some models do not turn on while charging.
  2. Voltage Measurement: Use a multimeter to test the battery voltage.Between 30V and 42V: Your battery is functional. The problem likely lies with the display or controller.Below 30V: The voltage is too low to start the system. Your battery may require replacement or deep charging.
My electric scooter isn't charging anymore, what should I do?

If your device is no longer charging, follow these diagnostic steps:

  1. Visual Inspection: Check the condition of your charging cable and charging port. If there are signs of damage (cut, burn), stop using these accessories for safety.
  2. Voltage Test (Multimeter): Set your multimeter to AC voltage (220V) mode to test the charger's output and the charging port:No reading: The charger or charging port is defective and needs to be replaced.Reading present: If voltage is present but the device is not charging, the battery is likely at the end of its life and needs replacement.
My scooter is making a rubbing noise, is that normal?

This noise usually comes from the disc brake. To eliminate this whistling or rubbing, follow these steps (make sure the scooter is turned off):

  1. Loosen: Loosen the two screws on the brake caliper (caution: do not touch the lever arm screw).
  2. Alignment: Adjust the caliper's position so that the brake disc is exactly in the center of the two pads.
  3. Check: Make sure the disc and pads do not touch when the wheel spins freely.
  4. Fasten: Hold the caliper in this position, then firmly retighten the screws.

Why do real-world speed and range differ from the description?

The advertised performance is based on tests under optimal conditions. In real-world use, maximum speed and battery life vary depending on several key factors:

  1. Environmental conditions: Outside temperature (cold reduces battery efficiency).
  2. Type of terrain: Road conditions, inclines, or uneven surfaces.
  3. Payload: The user's total weight (including accessories and backpacks).
To optimize your range, we recommend maintaining adequate tire pressure and smooth driving.
