When will I receive my order?
The usual delivery time is 4 to 9 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as logistical congestion or exceptional weather conditions.
What are the shipping options?
Depending on your address and delivery time, we select the most efficient logistics providers. Our preferred partners include DHL, DPD, FEDEX, and GLS.

German Market: Our electric scooters can be shipped to Germany. However, we decline all responsibility for after-sales service related to ABE homologation.
