2. Pay in installments with Klarna 🛍️

Buy your electric scooter today and spread your payments with peace of mind thanks to our partner Klarna.

  • Option A: Pay in 3 interest-free installments

    • Divide the cost of your purchase into 3 equal payments.

    • The 1st payment is debited upon order confirmation.

    • The 2nd and 3rd payments are automatically debited 30 and 60 days later respectively, with no additional fees.

  • Option B: Pay in 30 days (Subject to eligibility)

    • Receive your order first, try it out, and only pay 30 days after shipment.

How to use Klarna?

  1. When checking out, select Klarna as your payment method.

  2. You will be redirected to the Klarna platform to complete a quick verification (instant response).

  3. Confirm your order. Your future payments will be automatically managed via the Klarna app.

At urbanowheels, if you cancel your order before shipment or after a validated return, we will immediately process a refund for your purchase.

The timeline and display methods for funds depend on the payment method used:

1. I paid by credit card without a PayPal account, how does the refund work?

The refund is entirely processed by PayPal's secure gateway and will be automatically credited back to the credit card used for payment. The standard timeframe is 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

2. How does the refund work if I paid with Klarna?

As soon as we validate your refund (total or partial):

  • If you have already paid installments: Klarna directly refunds the debited amount to the credit card registered in your Klarna app (within 2 to 5 business days).

  • If you have upcoming installments: Klarna automatically cancels future payments. You can view the updated schedule on your Klarna app.

3. I have a deferred debit card, when will I receive my funds?

If you use a deferred debit card, the refund will be processed immediately by our services, but the amount will appear in your account at the end of the month, along with the regularization of your monthly transactions.

4. How can I track my refund?

As soon as the refund is validated by our team, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you. You can also check the transaction status on your PayPal account, your Klarna app, or your bank statement.
