FAQ
Yes. To preserve battery life, your electric scooter activates power-saving mode and automatically turns off after 5 to 10 minutes of inactivity.
This can be due to two main reasons:
- Safety (Kick-to-Start): By default, your scooter is set to "Non-Zero Start" mode. For your safety, the accelerator only activates after an initial push (give it a small kick with your foot). You can change this setting via the "Minibot" app by activating "Zero Start" mode.
- Technical issue: If an error code appears on your LCD screen, this may indicate a malfunction with the accelerator. In this case, please contact us for a part replacement.

- 1 x Battery Charger
- 1 x Scooter Bag
- 6 x Mounting Screws
- 1 x Allen Wrench (Hex Key)
- 1 x i10 User Manual
This error usually indicates a connection problem with the engine's internal sensors. To resolve this issue:
- Disassembly: Remove the screws located under the scooter chassis.
- Verification: Access the controller located inside.
-
Maintenance: Unplug and then firmly re-plug the connection terminal of the Hall cable (bundle of thin wires connected to the motor).
If the error code persists, please contact our technical team.
If your device is unresponsive, please follow these two diagnostic steps:
- Charger Check: Disconnect the charger from the scooter's charging port, then briefly press the power button. Note: some models do not turn on while charging.
- Voltage Measurement: Use a multimeter to test the battery voltage.Between 30V and 42V: Your battery is functional. The problem is likely with the display or controller.Below 30V: The voltage is too low to start the system. Your battery may require replacement or deep charging.
If your device is no longer charging, follow these diagnostic steps:
- Visual Inspection: Check the condition of your charging cable and charging port. If there are any signs of damage (cuts, burns), do not use these accessories for safety reasons.
- Voltage Test (Multimeter): Set your multimeter to AC (alternating current) 220V mode to test the charger's output and the charging port:No reading: The charger or charging port is faulty and needs to be replaced.Reading present: If voltage is present but the device is not charging, the battery is likely at the end of its life and needs to be replaced.
This noise usually comes from the disc brake. To eliminate this squeaking or rubbing, follow these steps (make sure the scooter is off):
- Loosen: Loosen the two screws on the brake caliper (caution: do not touch the lever arm screw).
- Alignment: Adjust the caliper position so that the brake disc is exactly centered between the two pads.
- Check: Make sure the disc and pads do not touch when the wheel spins freely.
-
Secure: Hold the caliper in this position, then firmly tighten the screws.

Advertised performance is based on tests conducted under optimal conditions. In real-world use, maximum speed and battery range will vary depending on several key factors:
- Environmental conditions: Outside temperature (cold reduces battery efficiency).
- Terrain type: Road condition, hills, or uneven surfaces.
-
Payload: The user's total weight (including accessories and backpacks).
To optimize your range, we recommend maintaining adequate tire pressure and smooth riding.
