Why do the headlight and screen turn off automatically?
To save and preserve battery life, the iScooter DX5pro automatically activates power-saving mode and turns off after 5-10 minutes of inactivity.

Unable to speed up, what should I do?
1. Starting Safety: By default, your scooter is set to "Non-Zero Start" mode. For your safety, it requires an initial foot push to start the motor. You can change this setting via the "Minibot" app by activating "Immediate Start" (Zero Start) mode.
2. Error Code: If an error code appears on the LCD screen, please contact us directly to replace the accelerator.
Charging problem: how to diagnose?
First, check the condition of your equipment (cable and connectors). If you find a break, do not plug in the device.
If the external appearance is good, test the output voltage with a multimeter. If current is flowing but the scooter is not charging, the battery needs to be replaced. If no current is detected, the problem is with the charger or the charging port.
The range and speed do not exactly match the indicated data, is this normal?
Yes, that's completely normal. The advertised performance figures are measured under optimal conditions. In real-world use, factors like cold weather, inclines, or a heavier load can reduce range and top speed. To optimize your journeys, ensure you maintain adequate tire pressure.
