Why do the front light and screen turn off automatically?
To save and preserve battery life, the iScooter F2 automatically activates power-saving mode and shuts down after 5 to 10 minutes of inactivity.

Cannot accelerate, what should I do?
1. Starting Safety: By default, your scooter is set to "Non-Zero Start" mode. For your safety, it requires an initial foot push to start the motor. You can change this setting via the "Minibot" app by activating "Instant Start" (Zero Start) mode.
2. Error Code: If an error code appears on the LCD screen, please contact us directly to replace the throttle.
Charging issue: how to diagnose?
Start by checking the condition of your equipment (cable and connectors). If you find any breakage, do not plug in the device.
If the external appearance is correct, test the output voltage with a multimeter. If current flows but the scooter does not charge, the battery needs to be replaced. If no current is detected, the problem is with the charger or the charging port.
Autonomy and speed do not exactly match the data indicated, is that normal?
Yes, that's completely normal. The advertised performance is measured under optimal conditions. In real-world use, factors such as cold weather, inclines, or a heavier load can reduce range and top speed. To optimize your journeys, make sure to maintain adequate tire pressure.
