FAQ
The top speed is 60 km/h: is that safe for off-road use, and should I be concerned about local regulations?
Although 60 km/h is the top speed, you can switch to more moderate speeds (15-25 km/h) for safe riding, especially on rough terrain. Also, please consult the applicable legislation: many areas impose strict limits on electric scooters on public roads.
How do I activate the dual engine of the iX8?
After turning on the electric scooter, simply press the "M" button to switch between 1WD (rear-wheel drive) and 2WD (dual motor) modes.
Is the 70 km range realistic in real-world conditions?
We understand this question perfectly. The 70 km range is based on standardized tests under ideal conditions. In reality, it varies according to the rider's weight (the iX8 supports up to 150 kg), the terrain, speed, and temperature.
For an average user alternating between different speeds, you can confidently expect a range of 50 to 60 km, which largely covers most European urban journeys. Our high-capacity Lithium-ion battery and two charging ports are designed to maximize efficiency and reduce charging time.

The description says "Conquer all terrains". Is it truly suitable for the cobblestones and tram tracks of European cities?
Absolutely. This is one of the model's strengths for the European market. The scooter is equipped with 12-inch all-terrain tires and a reinforced suspension system. This combination effectively absorbs shocks and vibrations caused by cobblestones, cracks, and uneven surfaces. It literally transforms chaotic urban commutes into a smooth and stable experience.
Is assembly difficult upon receipt?
The scooter arrives 95% pre-assembled. Generally, you just need to attach the handlebars to the stem and secure them with a few screws. This process takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes with the provided tools and clear instructions. No technical expertise is required.
