FAQ
The maximum speed is 50 km/h: is this safe for off-road use and do I need to worry about local regulations?
While 50 km/h is the top speed, you can switch to more moderate speeds (15-25 km/h) for safe riding, especially on rough terrain. Additionally, please consult the applicable legislation: many areas impose strict limitations on electric scooters on public roads.
Is IPX4 water resistance sufficient for riding in light rain (especially for off-road use in wet environments)?
The IPX4 standard resists water splashes (such as light rain or mud splashes): it therefore allows for safe short journeys. However, avoid heavy downpours or immersion in puddles, as this may damage the electronic components.
Maximum range is 60 km - will it significantly decrease when driving off-road (given that rough terrain puts more strain on the battery)?
Off-road riding does consume more energy; actual range can therefore vary between 40 and 50 km, depending on the difficulty of the terrain. This is still largely sufficient for most routes. We simply recommend that you perform a full charge before your departure.

Why is the actual range I experience on my journeys lower than the maximum value indicated on the website?
The maximum range indicated on our website is a theoretical limit established under ideal conditions (laboratory tests: 70 kg load, constant temperature of 25°C, flat road, and stable speed). The actual range varies according to the following factors:
- Speed: Continuous driving at full speed can reduce the range to 50% - 70% of the theoretical value.
- Temperature: In winter, battery efficiency can drop by more than 20%.
- Incline: Frequent uphill climbs consume considerable energy.
- Weight: The closer the user's weight is to the maximum load, the more the range decreases.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
